This fabric is a big wowee. The colours are so brilliant and the graphics are fascinating.
This Anthr0 cotton is a shirting weight, thicker than a cotton voile, has some body to it, a nice soft surface…it is a very good quality cotton and would work for shirts, tops, skirts, sundresses, tunics…everything.
I don’t know where to start with the images, the print is such an explosion of graphics and colours. The first image I posted at the beginning of this listing shows the fabric selvedge to selvedge so you can see the scale of the print.
Herbaceous is the description that leaps out at me. Blooms and brushstrokes and bursts of colour explode out from nests of foliage and greenery.
And the exploding colours are stunning: powder blue and ultraviolet offset against ruby red, persimmon, butterscotch, burgundy, hot pink, kiwi green, lemon zest and just about every colour in between that spectrum! I’ll do a photo overload!
This fabric is a nice wide 150cm. And I have 2 lengths of this fabric. I got in at M00d in NYC. I bought one piece and then when I got it home and checked it out in detail I had a slightly panicked need to go back and get a second piece before it sold out. So one length measures 2 metres and the other piece is 2.4 metres. Please nominate which length you are interested in when sending the email (below). I will share it around to two different people (providing there is interest!).
The fabric price is $27 a metre. The 2m length will be $54 and the 2.4 metre length will be $64.80. I can post these pieces in a small satchel for $8.25. Please see here for full details on payment and posting. If interested, please click on the email link below; fabric details will appear automatically and I will get back to you asap. (Australia delivery only thanks).
