Looking at the photos I have taken of this one just now, all of a sudden it occurs to me that this pattern is reminiscent of the one made by a lava lamp. Or maybe not?
This is yet again another stretch that comes from the French mills via NYC, top quality as with all the viscose/lycra stretch.
The colours are deep jewel colours, cobalt blues, deep red and grey with splashes of limey yellow and almost army green to cool down the palette. The colours all work together really well. And the colours are more muted than they appear in these photos, which have amped up the degree of brightness a bit.
I’ve posted heaps of ideas for tops along with other stretch fabrics. If you want to look back over them, simply click the “stretch” tag in the right sidebar.
This fabric is 155cm wide and 1.8 metres in length. The price is $23 a metre/$41 for the piece. I have to check which size satchel will be needed for this fabric; it might be a little too heavy for the small satchel.
Please see here for full details on payment and posting. If interested, please click on the email below; fabric details will appear automatically and I will get back to you asap. (Australia delivery only thanks).
