Ikat/crosshatch blue & white cotton stretch GONE

When I look closely at this fabric it appears to be a cross-hatch print.  When I look from a distance it seems to have strong Ikat characteristics.  I think it is a combination of both of these graphics.

This lovely cotton stretch is a dense weave medium weight cotton.  It has a moderate amount of stretch, enough to give lovely wearing ease but not too much to become droopy.  It’s a great fabric.

This fabric hailed from the Australian fabric store that carries pre-eminent designer fabrics, a lot of the them from the Italian mills.  I’m not sure where this fabric originated, but it is a very good quality indeed.

No images of blue and white cross-hatch prints, but here are some simple ideas in black/white coordinates.   I love the top in the middle! Maybe not the shorts though for me, unfortunately.

I’m not sure what colour blue you’d call this.  At the fading ends of the graphics it looks like a gorgeous teal blue, depicted across several gradients of the shade as the blurred edges morph to solid centres.

There’s just the perfect amount of fabric in this length.  The width is 160cm and the length is 1.8 metres.  Such a wide fabric gives you lots of options even though the length is one the moderate side.

The fabric price is $24 a metre/$43.20 for the piece.  (That’s quite a bit less than I paid for it). I can post this fabric in the small satchel for $8.25.

Please see here for full details on payment and posting.  If interested, please click on the email link below; fabric details will appear automatically and I will get back to you asap. (Australia delivery only thanks).
