Hi and welcome…a quick word about this blog…
I'm a mad fabric collector but I've gone a bit overboard, so I've started this blog to re-home some gorgeous, top-quality fabrics at really great prices. Mostly ex-designer fabrics from places like New York's garment district and Milan's fabric mills, and mostly single pieces. Please see the 'About' and 'FAQ' at the top of this page for more info. Naeem Khan emerald greens silk/lycra charmeuse SOLD
SOLD – MANY THANKS
This silk went like wildfire and by the time my name in the queue was reached there was just a remnant left.
But oh what a glorious remnant it is!
Denim coloured stretch canvas tiger print remnant SOLD
GONE NOW THANKS
This is a stretch cotton remnant that is perfect for a killer skirt.
I’m afraid that my photos of this cotton don’t do it justice at all. Close up, you don’t see the definitions between the patterns that are evident to the eye. (more…)
Cavalli viscose/lycra remnant SOLD
Now for a remnant…but big enough for heaps of options. This is a Roberto Cavalli viscose/lycra stretch fabric with a reptile print graphic over watercolour-type wash red and pink bands.
Looking at this image again now, it almost looks like a wood grain pattern in the mix, and I think I can see some Japanese textile influence in there too? (more…)
